BEYOND DISTRACTION LIFELONG ADHD

I started Beyond Distraction Lifelong ADHD to offer a crash course into what it means to live and thrive with the right diagnosis with the wrong name.  I don't lack focus, unless I am seriously bored but I can be so hyper focused I can forget to pay attention to the happy disruptions of life like children, friends, hobbies... More than anything it's time to flip the script.   What if the script were flipped? In place of disturbed we saw creative? What if hyperactive was passionate energy or instead of impulsivity it was decisiveness? These are massive strengths not deficits.
